Yofi Designs collects a
flat $7.50 shipping and handling fee.
SHIPPING IS FREE when your
order totals over $150 in jewelry merchandise.

At this time our shopping cart does not
calculate shipping charges on wedding and party
favors. The

Is sales tax collected

6.5% sales tax will be
collected and added to any orders shipped to a
Florida address.

What is your product
warranty on jewelry?
All jewelry purchased from
Yofi Designs is warranted for 30 days against
any defects.
If a jewelry item fails within that
period of time, Yofi Designs will either repair
or replace the item. Normal wear and tear,
abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious
stones or pearls from settings are not covered.
A shipping and handling charge of $10 or
10% of the item cost (whichever is less) will be
charged to the customer.
Do you provide FREE
SHIPPING?
Free shipping is provided
on jewelry orders of $150 and more.
How do I care for Yofi Designs jewelry?
With your order, you will receive a Jewelry Care instruction sheet.
What should I do if the shipment is damaged upon delivery?
Don't worry! The first thing you should do is contact us and explain the situation to us. We will investigate the situation and guide you through the process of rectifying the problem.
Is it safe to order from your order site?
Yes, your order will be processed through our secure payment gateway.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before your order is shipped. Simply send us an email indicating the order #, the billing name and address, and the reason for canceling your order. Please do not send any credit card information using email.
How are jewelry returns handled?
15 Day Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your
jewelry purchase simply return it within 15 days from the day when the item is received for a full product refund. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.
Jewelry items which were shipped for FREE will be charged $7.50 for original shipping when they are returned. Special orders, final sale merchandise, customized or personalized items CANNOT be returned. Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been altered (not by Yofi Designs) or damaged in any way CANNOT be accepted for return. Refund will be in the original form of payment. All returned merchandise will be checked to insure that it is in resellable condition prior to refund being issued.
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
To return item(s), please follow these instructions:
Send an email to info@yofidesigns.com and request a Return Authorization Code via email, then write it down with your return package. At this point you will be instructed as to where to ship your package. Please indicate name, address (where your order was originally sent, and order #).
Place all the original packaging in your return package.
Please be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Yofi Designs will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
We will refund your total cost (minus shipping charges) when we receive the returned package. A returned order must be received within 3 weeks from the day when the Return Authorization Code is issued. We are sorry that we cannot accept item(s) returned 3 weeks later and won't be able to issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the items are received. Refunds will be given for the original purchase price indicated on your receipt minus shipping charges. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping charges are not refundable.
