Orders:

Jewelry orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is verified.

Shipping:

All jewelry products are shipped USPS Priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. Yofi Designs collects a flat $7.50 shipping and handling fee.

SHIPPING IS FREE when your order totals over $150 in jewelry merchandise.

Overnight shipping is available on jewelry purchases for $20 using FedEx.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty for jewelry:

30 Days limited warranty:

All jewelry purchased from Yofi Designs is warranted for 30 days against any defects. If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, Yofi Designs will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $10 or 10% of the item cost (whichever is less) will be charged to the customer.

Return Policy:

15 Day Return Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase simply return it within 15 days from the day when the item is received for a full product refund. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges. Jewelry items which were shipped for FREE will be charged $7.50 for original shipping when they are returned. Special orders, final sale merchandise, customized or personalized items CANNOT be returned. Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been altered (not by Yofi Designs) or damaged in any way CANNOT be accepted for return. Refund will be in the original form of payment. All returned merchandise will be checked to insure that it is in resellable condition prior to refund being issued.

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
